a.       Narapidana dapat segera kembali ke keluarga untuk memperbaiki dir dan menyesuaikan dengan norma norma yang ada di masyarakat.
b.       Mengurangi dampak negatif akibat kehidupan di Lapas / Rutan
c.       Mengurangi over kapasitas.
d.       Penghematan keuangan negara.
