Innalillahi wainailahirujiun telah meninggal dunia Bapak Drs. Agus Shaleh, Bc.IP. SH. pada hari Minggu, 22 Juli 2012, pukul 01.30 WITENG di Rumah Sakit Islam Mataram, dan setelah di Sholat kan Almarhum langsung di bawa menuju Bima dan telah di makamkan di Bima.
